Refund and Returns Policy

Kriddha Ornaments does not offer exchanges or refunds in case of a change of mind. Exchanges or refunds will only be processed if the mistake is from our end and supported by proof from the customer.

ORDERS ONCE PLACED CANNOT BE CANCELLED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

In case of damaged goods, the amount will be refunded, provided a full video proof from the opening of the package seal to the end, with no cuts, filters, or editing.

Without the proof, Kriddha Ornaments will be unable to process the refund.

No claims will be entertained without proof.

Note: No refund or exchange will be considered in case of size issues.

Conditions for a Refund

  • An unboxing video should start from the package’s beginning, including the name, address sheet, and the order bill.
  • The video should be unfiltered and unedited with no cuts in between.
  • The proof should be sent by email within 24 hours of receiving the order. If this exceeds 24 hours, Kriddha Ornaments will not process the refund under any circumstance.
  • Only the amount of the product will be refunded, not the shipping cost.
  • The exchange of damaged products will depend on product availability. If the product is unavailable, the customer can either wait for the stock or ask for a refund. (Shipping charges under any circumstance are non-refundable.)
  • No refunds or cancellations will be initiated while the order is still in transit.
  • No refunds or cancellations will be initiated due to delays in delivery, as we have no control over courier services.
  • No refunds or cancellations will be initiated if the order is processed as usual.

Exceptions to Our Return and Exchange Policy

  • Discounted items and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale items are non-refundable.
  • If the shipping cost has to be borne by us, the cost should not exceed ₹80 (the shipping charges will only be borne by us if the mistake is from our end, provided with proof).
  • There will be no exchange or refund if the product has already been used by the customers.
  • If the package is lost or misplaced due to an incorrect/incomplete address, Kriddha Ornaments will not be responsible and will not initiate any refund.
  • If the customer rejects a prepaid order at the time of delivery, Kriddha Ornaments will be under no obligation to provide any refund.
  • The damage or loss of Zirconia stones is not covered under our exchange, refund, and replacement policy.

IMPORTANT: If the package is returned due to the customer’s fault (wrong/incomplete address/contact details), only 50% of the amount will be refunded within 15-20 days.

Refund for damaged products if received by customer(s) will be initiated within 24 hours after receiving the package back.

Note: If the customer fails to report within 24 hours of receiving the products, no refund or exchange will be initiated.
