We deliver to all postal addresses across India. Please provide the full street address with the pin code to ensure the quickest delivery.
To ensure prompt and confirmed delivery, please include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE. We are not responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges will be applied to orders as specified at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount, which will be detailed on our website.
Shipments to Colleges/Schools/Hostels
- All shipments to any Colleges/Schools/Hostels are at the customer’s risk.
- If the school’s warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, Kriddha Ornaments will not issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account.
- For a special or preferred delivery date, please mention the delivery date in the gift message box when placing your order. If no delivery date is specified, it will be delivered at the first opportunity.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses where the address and zip code do not match. The customer will bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
- In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible for paying re-shipping charges.
- In case of an incomplete address provided by the customer, nothing can be done unless either party receives the package. If the package is lost or misplaced due to an incorrect/incomplete address, Kriddha Ornaments will not be responsible and will not initiate any refund.
Shipment and Tracking Details
- We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order as soon as the items are handed over to the courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number, courier company’s website details, and the expected date of delivery.
- Note: Kriddha Ornaments will only provide the tracking details once dispatched. Once shipped, Kriddha Ornaments is no longer responsible for the delivery as we do not control the courier companies.
Time to Dispatch
- The dispatch times mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only. Sometimes, due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will be entertained for this reason.
- Under normal circumstances, the dispatch time will be 2 to 3 days, and shipping will be done within 7 to 10 days after dispatching the order.
- Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the pin code of the area and weather conditions. Some pin codes may take longer than usual.
Delivery Confirmation
Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order has been delivered. If you do not receive your order by the expected delivery date, please contact us immediately.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery three times. If the recipient is unavailable, the package will be returned to us.
